Welcome to insora360, a professional network for people who work in insurance. These terms explain the rules for using insora360. Please read them. By creating an account or using insora360, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

insora360 is operated by New Reign Capital LLC (“insora360”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to the website at insora360.com and the insora360 iOS app (together, “insora360” or “the service”).

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. It is part of these terms.

2. Who can use insora360

You can use insora360 only if:

  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • you use it for professional purposes — your career, your business, and your professional community;
  • you can enter a binding agreement, and the law does not bar you from using the service;
  • we have not previously removed your account for breaking these terms (unless we tell you otherwise).

If you use insora360 on behalf of a company — for example, to run a company page, post jobs or host events — you confirm that you are allowed to act for that company, and these terms apply to the company too.

3. Your account

  • Be real. Use your own name and accurate information. One person, one account.
  • Verify your email. Until you verify your email address, you can keep only a private draft profile. Public sharing and most account features need a verified email.
  • Keep it safe. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at support@insora360.com if you think someone else has used it.
  • Keep it current. Update your profile when your role, employer or licenses change.

4. What insora360 offers

insora360 lets members:

  • build a professional profile and connect with others in their Network;
  • share posts, Stories (shown for 24 hours), comments and reactions;
  • send messages, including group chats, event chats, and application conversations with employers;
  • follow, claim and manage company pages;
  • post and apply for jobs, and set job alerts;
  • host, register for and attend events, including paid events;
  • receive notifications in the app.

We may change, add or remove features over time.

5. Your content

You own your content. “Your content” means anything you post or send on insora360 — your profile, photos, videos, posts, Stories, comments, messages, job postings, event pages, applications and so on.

The license you give us. So that we can run the service, you give insora360 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, format (for example, resize images or transcode video), distribute and show your content only to operate, secure, improve and promote insora360. For example, we may show your public post in the feed, in share previews, or on a public page that search engines can find. This license ends when your content is deleted from the service, except for copies other people have already shared or saved, and records we keep as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Who sees it. Your profile, posts and Stories are visible to other members and may be visible to the public and search engines. Messages are visible to the people in the conversation (and see section 8). Think before you share.

You are responsible for it. You confirm you have the rights to everything you post, and that it follows these terms and the law.

Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

6. Community rules

insora360 has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We want a professional, respectful community. You agree not to post, send or do any of the following:

Abuse and harmful content

  • Harass, bully, threaten, stalk or intimidate anyone.
  • Post hate speech, or attack people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or similar characteristics.
  • Post sexual, pornographic or sexually suggestive content, or make unwanted sexual advances.
  • Post violent, graphic or shocking content, or promote self-harm, terrorism or violent groups.

Dishonesty

  • Impersonate any person or company, or create fake accounts.
  • Misrepresent your licenses, designations, credentials, employer, title or experience — for example, claiming an adjuster, agent, broker or producer license you don’t hold.
  • Post false or misleading job postings, events or company information.
  • Commit or promote fraud, scams, phishing, insurance fraud, or schemes to take money from members.

Privacy and confidentiality

  • Share other people’s private information without permission (home address, phone number, personal email, ID numbers, financial details).
  • Post or send confidential claim files, policyholder or claimant information, protected health information (PHI) or other personal information about insureds, claimants or patients.
  • Share your employer’s or anyone else’s confidential or proprietary information, or trade secrets, without the right to do so.

Spam and misuse

  • Send spam, chain messages, bulk or repetitive unsolicited messages, or aggressive solicitation.
  • Use connection requests, messages or comments mainly to sell, recruit or advertise in a way other members haven’t asked for.
  • Scrape, crawl or copy profiles or other data, or use bots or automated tools to access insora360, except as we allow in writing.
  • Upload viruses or harmful code, probe or break our security, or interfere with the service.
  • Get around a block, suspension or removal, or use someone else’s account.

Illegal activity

  • Break any law, including employment, anti-discrimination, privacy, consumer protection, insurance-licensing or intellectual property laws.
  • Post content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights.

We may update these rules and publish more detailed guidelines.

7. Reporting, blocking and enforcement

Report it. You can report posts, Stories, comments, profiles, messages and job postings with the Report option, or at insora360.com/report. Choose a reason and add details. Our team reviews reports, and we aim to review each report within 24 hours. The member you report is not told who reported them.

Block it. You can block any member. Blocking removes your connection, and it stops the two of you from seeing each other’s profiles and content and from messaging each other on insora360. You can manage blocked accounts in Settings › Blocked.

What we may do. We act on reports and on what we find ourselves. If we believe content or behavior breaks these terms or the law, or puts members or insora360 at risk, we may — with or without notice:

  • hide, edit or remove content (including posts, Stories, comments, job postings, events and company details);
  • close a job posting or cancel or remove an event;
  • limit features for an account;
  • suspend or permanently terminate an account;
  • report illegal activity to law enforcement.

We decide these matters in our reasonable judgment. A report you file confirms we received it; it is not a promise of a particular outcome.

Appeals. If you think we made a mistake — for example, about content we removed or an account we suspended — email support@insora360.com and tell us why. We’ll take another look and let you know what we decide.

We are not obliged to monitor. We don’t review everything before it’s posted, and we are not responsible for content posted by members. But we may review and remove content at any time.

8. Messages and conversation review

Messages are private between the people in the conversation, with one exception you should know about:

insora360 administrators may review a conversation — including direct messages, group chats, event chats and application conversations, and their attachments — when there is a safety, legal or support reason, such as a report, a legal request or a support request you made. Each review requires the administrator to record a reason, and the review is logged. Administrators do not join the conversation, and reviewing it does not change your read status or notify the other participants.

Messages you send stay in the other person’s conversation even if you later delete your account (they will show as from “Deleted member”). If you delete an individual message, its text is removed.

9. Companies and company pages

Company pages. Members can create a page for a company they work for, and invite other people to help manage it. The page’s owner and managers are responsible for what it says.

Unclaimed listings. Some company pages were created by insora360 from publicly available business information, including listings from our CHARLIE company directory. These are marked Unclaimed. insora360 manages an unclaimed page until someone who works at the company claims it. We don’t guarantee that information on an unclaimed page is complete or current.

Claiming a page. You may claim a company page only if you are authorized to act for that company. Depending on the page, claiming requires a verified email address at the company’s domain, a code sent to such an address, or a DNS record on the company’s website. A “Domain verified” badge means someone proved control of the company’s domain — it does not mean we verified anyone’s employment, title or licenses.

Our role. We may correct company details, remove content, transfer or reset ownership of a page, or close a page if we believe it is inaccurate, disputed, abandoned or misused. If you believe someone has wrongly claimed your company, contact support@insora360.com.

10. Jobs

insora360 is not an employer, recruiter or staffing agency. We provide a place for employers to post jobs and for members to apply. We don’t take part in hiring decisions and don’t guarantee any job, applicant or outcome.

If you post a job, you:

  • must be authorized to hire for the company you post for;
  • must post only real, currently open positions, with accurate pay, location and requirements;
  • are responsible for your hiring process and for following all employment, anti-discrimination, pay-transparency, background-check and privacy laws;
  • must use applicants’ information only to evaluate them for the job they applied to, and protect it;
  • must not charge applicants any fee to apply or be hired.

Screening questions and “must-have” answers are guides for the employer only. insora360 does not automatically reject anyone, and employers are responsible for how they use answers.

If you apply for a job:

  • You choose which parts of your profile to share. When you apply, the company’s owner and its hiring team receive a snapshot of your name, headline, the profile sections you selected, your answers to screening questions, and — if you choose — your verified email and an optional video intro of up to 30 seconds. Later profile edits do not change the snapshot.
  • The employer may start a conversation with you about the application, add teammates to it, and offer interview times. You can reply, pick a time, ask for new times or cancel.
  • You can withdraw an application. Withdrawing removes your snapshot, answers and video from the employer’s view on insora360. We can’t recall copies an employer already made.
  • Some jobs link to the employer’s own website to apply. Those applications are governed by that employer’s terms, not ours.

Looking and job alerts. You can turn on Looking to get job alerts. Looking is private. If you also choose Show it on my profile, an “Open” ring is shown on your profile photo for others to see. You can turn either off at any time.

11. Events

Hosts are responsible for their events. If you host an event (yourself or for a company), you are responsible for:

  • describing it accurately (date, time, place or online link, price, agenda, speakers, sponsors);
  • running it safely and lawfully, including venue, permits, accessibility, insurance and any continuing-education credit claims;
  • the people you add to your event team and what they do;
  • communicating with attendees, including if the event changes or is cancelled;
  • any taxes on your event, including on ticket sales.

insora360 is not the organizer of events hosted by members, and is not responsible for how an event is run.

Attending. When you register, the host and their team can see your name, profile photo, title, company, ticket type and whether you checked in. You are added to the event’s chat, where the host and their team can post announcements; you can leave it at any time. Your ticket includes a QR code that the host scans at check-in. You may transfer a ticket to another eligible member while it is unused.

Cancelling. Hosts can cancel an event. A host cannot cancel an event while paid tickets remain unrefunded; the host refunds those tickets first, from Manage event (see Refunds below). We may also cancel or remove an event that breaks these terms.

12. Tickets, payments and fees

Stripe. Paid tickets are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page; insora360 never sees or stores your full card number. Hosts receive payouts through a Stripe Connect account, which requires accepting Stripe’s terms (including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement) and giving Stripe the identity and bank information it asks for. Stripe may refuse, delay or reverse payments under its own rules.

Fees. For each paid ticket, insora360 keeps:

  • a platform fee of 10% of the ticket price, and
  • the card processing fee of 2.9% + 30¢.

The host pays both fees — they are taken out of the ticket price before the host’s payout. Ticket buyers pay the listed ticket price. insora360 does not collect sales or other taxes on tickets; hosts are responsible for any taxes on their events. Free events have no fees. We’ll give notice before changing these fees; changes don’t apply to tickets already sold.

Prices. A host can’t change an event’s ticket price once registration has begun.

Refunds. Refunds are issued through Stripe, by the event’s host or by insora360:

  • Tickets are not refundable, unless the host cancels the event. If a host cancels an event, every paid ticket is refunded in full.
  • Hosts can refund a buyer’s ticket themselves, from Manage event — for example, if the buyer can’t attend. Only the host can do this; co-hosts and other members of the event team can’t. A host can refund a paid ticket at any time, before or after the event. Refunding a ticket cancels that buyer’s registration.
  • A refund returns the full ticket price to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 days. The ticket price comes back out of the host’s payout. When the host refunds a ticket, insora360 returns its 10% platform fee to the host, but not the card processing fee (2.9% + 30¢), so the host pays the card processing on a ticket they refund. When insora360 refunds a ticket, insora360 returns both fees to the host and covers Stripe’s processing fee, which Stripe does not return.
  • We may also refund a ticket if an event doesn’t take place as described or breaks these terms.
  • Refunds are for the whole ticket; there are no partial refunds.
  • Free registrations can be withdrawn by the attendee at any time before they are used.

Disputes and chargebacks. Hosts are responsible for chargebacks and disputes on their ticket sales, and insora360 may recover those amounts.

In the iOS app. Free events, and paid in-person events, can be registered for in the app. Paid tickets for online or hybrid events are sold on our website, insora360.com, which the app opens in your browser.

13. AI photo enhancement (discontinued)

We no longer offer AI photo enhancement (since 22 Oct 2026), and we no longer send photos to OpenAI. A photo you enhanced earlier stays your profile photo until you change it.

14. Links and third-party services

insora360 may show links, previews or embedded content from other websites (for example, YouTube or Vimeo videos, maps, or company websites), and some features rely on other companies’ services, such as Stripe. We don’t control those sites and services and aren’t responsible for them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

15. The iOS app

If you use the insora360 app from Apple’s App Store:

  • These terms are between you and New Reign Capital LLC only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
  • We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store’s Usage Rules.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Contact us instead at support@insora360.com.
  • If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the app’s purchase price (if any). To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
  • Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
  • If someone claims the app infringes their intellectual property, we — not Apple — are responsible for investigating, defending, settling and resolving that claim.
  • You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting,” and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • You must also follow any third-party terms that apply when using the app (for example, your wireless carrier’s terms).
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

16. Our intellectual property

insora360’s name, logo, design, software and content (other than members’ content) belong to New Reign Capital LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, sell or reverse-engineer them, or use our name or logo without our written permission. Using insora360 doesn’t give you ownership of anything on it except your own content.

17. Leaving insora360, and ending accounts

Deleting your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Account › Delete account.

  • Your account is hidden from everyone right away, and you are signed out everywhere.
  • You have 30 days to change your mind by signing in and choosing Keep my account.
  • After 30 days, your account and its data are permanently deleted, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Before you can delete your account, you must first transfer or close any company you own, and refund and cancel any upcoming event you host that has paid tickets.

When we end or suspend accounts. We may suspend or terminate your account, or limit your access, if you break these terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we stop offering the service. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. A suspended member sees a notice when they sign in and can contact support@insora360.com. If your account is terminated, you may not create a new one without our permission.

What survives. Sections that by their nature should continue after your account ends — such as content licenses for copies already shared, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and disputes — continue to apply.

18. Disclaimers

insora360 is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

We don’t guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that content is accurate. We don’t verify members’ identities, employment, licenses or credentials (except where a feature says so, such as email or domain verification, and then only to that limited extent). Information on insora360 is not legal, insurance, financial or career advice. You are responsible for your own dealings with other members, employers, applicants and event hosts.

19. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • New Reign Capital LLC and its owners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or job opportunities, arising from your use of insora360.
  • We are not liable for the conduct of other members or third parties, on or off insora360, including at events.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to insora360 will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to insora360 (our fees, not amounts paid to hosts) in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $100.

Some places don’t allow these limits, so some may not apply to you.

20. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify New Reign Capital LLC and its owners, employees and agents against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of insora360, events you host, jobs you post, or your breach of these terms or the law.

21. Disputes and governing law

  • Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
  • Talk to us first. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@insora360.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.
  • Where disputes are decided. Any dispute relating to these terms or insora360 will be decided only in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you and we agree to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in advance — for example, by email or a notice on insora360 — and update the date at the top of these terms. If you keep using insora360 after the change takes effect, you accept the new terms. If you don’t agree, you can delete your account.

23. General

  • These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about insora360.
  • If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • If we don’t enforce a term right away, we haven’t waived it.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours, for example in a merger or sale of the business.
  • We aren’t liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
